Payment Policies by Service Division

  • Vision Plan: We will review your goals ( pictures, game coverage, highlights, recruiting reel) and confirm the plan.

    Deposit: 25% required after vision plan is approved to reserve crew and date.

    Balance: Due on the game/session day or before delivery of final files.

    Note: Multi-game/season packages may be split into staged payments.

  • Vision Plan: We’ll finalize the creative plan (concept, location, look, and storyline).

    Deposit: 50% required after vision plan is approved to cover pre-production and rentals.

    Balance: Due on shoot day or before delivery of final video(s).

    Note: Travel, props, and lighting rentals may require additional upfront coverage.

  • Vision Plan: We’ll confirm your performance needs (angles, recital coverage, media day photos, program booklet).

    Deposit: 30% required after vision plan is finalized to secure your date.

    Balance: Due on recital/showcase day or before delivery of edits.

    Note: Multi-camera recitals require a non-refundable deposit at booking.

  • Vision Plan: We’ll confirm your event timeline, coverage style, and media priorities.

    Deposit: 40% required after vision plan is set to lock in crew and date.

    Balance: Due on event day or before delivery of media.

    Note: ⚠️ Meals must be provided for crew for events lasting over 4 hours.

  • Vision Plan: We’ll map out your content style (platform formats, vibe, posting goals).

    Deposit: 30% required after plan is finalized to secure shoot.

    Balance: Due at end of shoot or before delivery of content.

    Note: Multi-day content campaigns can be staged.

  • Vision Plan: We’ll finalize your campaign direction (storyboards, messaging, themes).

    Deposit: 40% required after plan is approved to secure crew and equipment.

    Balance: Due before final delivery or on agreed date.

    Note: Large campaigns may require 50% upfront if rentals/travel are extensive.

  • Vision Plan: We’ll finalize script breakdown, shot list, production schedule, and visual style.

    Deposit: 50% required after vision plan is confirmed to lock in crew and rentals.

    Balance: Due on first shoot day or before delivery of final project.
